Download Free Real Player

Instructions on downloading are based upon the Real™ website as of July 2006 and are subject to change.

(1) Go to the Real Player website (http://www.real.com/). Click on the Free Download Button.

(2) Click the 'Get RealPlayer - Free' under the Basic Player tab.

(3) A dialog box will appear to download the RealPlayer from RealNeworks. Click OK to continue the download process.

(4) The downloaded file will look like the following image. Double click the file to begin the next part of the process.

(5) The downloaded file will prepare to be installed.

(6) If the terms are acceptable click on the 'Accept' button.

(7) Select or deselect the desired desktop settings. Then click the 'Next' button.

(8) The installation process will continue . . .

(9) To keep the current media settings on a computer. Select media types for RealPlayer from a list.

(10) The default settings will already have realaudio and realvideo related files already selected.

(11) Choose the 'Basic Set Up' to make sure to receive the free player.
